Summary: They put us in the incorrect room, king room instead of two queen bed rooms, didn’t know until I went into the room. Didn’t try to change the room because it was late and we fit. There was no TV remote or coffee maker in the room. In the bathroom only one mirror light worked. The floor/carpet felt damp. It was in a nice off path type of place, the people were nice but busy.

Summary: The hotel is Almost nice. The following is my concerns. 1) Shower drain clogged 2) Refrigerator hummed and had a headache the 1st night 3) 3rd floor hallway had food on it my entire stay 4) Mold on muffin from dining room 5) Pork sausage over cooked 6) Entrance area trashy 7) Only 1 luggage cart for 4 floors Management needs to have a more active roll at property.

Summary: The service was not responsive when I tried to call ahead of time about a question I had about the servility deposit before I check in. The moment I checked in, it was just complete silence. It seemed as if the person at the front desk was not focused on the main task to check me in as if they continued on having a side conversation with their coworker. I understand I was told I couldn’t check in until the recommended check in time, but by the time, I checked into my room, the room was cracked open, meaning the room must of been finished cleaning. The moment I walked in, the moment I sat my daughter down, not one, but both beds seemed to be as off they were both damped or covered in sweat. Onto my stay, since it was a two day stay, with three people, I would think I should be provided three towels. I called room service, and they said they would have someone bring towels upstairs. We never received them when I called twice throughout the day. When I spotted a worker on the floor that I thought knocked on my door, I asked if she was providing them towels. She said I would have to wait until housekeeping passes by. the housekeeping cart was near my room, but I never saw the housekeeper notified me with our towels . The only thing I liked throughout our stay was breakfast. The employees that run the breakfast area understood hospitality. I was able to enjoy speaking to the staff there, and was able to be offered a togo bag to pack some milk provided @ the breakfast area.

Summary: Overall stay was ok. Checkin was a breeze. Got to the room 1st red flag was the door was prooped open with the latch. Walk i room wasnt clean. Bathroom still had used washcloths in the tub. Empty water bottles on the side of the bed. Lent balls all over the floor. Telephone was stickey. Room had not been cleaned. No toilet paper in bathroom. Had to look on housekeeping cart to get tissues. And to my suprise there was an alcoholic can sitting on the cart.
